Activity description
The most popular way to experience the real Sumatran rainforest is an adventurous overnight stay in Gunung Leuser National Park. You will stay in a riverside camp and in the morning you will wake up to the sounds of monkeys, birds, insects and the Bohorok River. We recommend our night trekking for sporty travelers who want to walk 2 days in a fantastic tropical nature and experience the night life of the jungle. At the end of the trek, your “jungletaxi” with your personal captain will bring you back to your guesthouse by traditional tube-rafting down the Bohorok River – a very special andexciting way to finish your trekking adventure through the Sumatran jungle.
